Tender Service Group in Austria

Austria was the starting point of all our activities: here, we ran our first tender information service in a Joint Venture with the Austrian official gazette and  prepared expansion towards CEE, creating our first fully owned information services in Slovakia and Czech Republic in 2004.

Now, the Austrian market is mainly served by our D/A/CH headquarter in Germany, but it's still the residential country of the group's owners which allows us having a close eye on the market.

How to contact them:

Our Austrian tender service infodienst-ausschreibungen.at

infodienst-ausschreibungen.at was launched in 2006 and (together with our German and Swiss services) the first platform to provide practically all public tenders from all German-speaking countries, including the Italian region of Southern Tyrol.

Today, we still provide the largest base of tenders from Austria and around, as well as the largest number of tender documents from Austrian public tenders.

About public tenders in Austria

Austrian procurement law dates back to 2006 but has been amended several times, being updated on 1st March 2016 for the last time. This update included several regulations from EU directive 2014/24/EU, such increased focus on the most economically advantageous offer.

However, not all regulations have been adapted and it is expected that a new version of "Bundesvergabegesetz" will become effective soon.
